This section advises the key information relating to the delivery of orders once they are placed with us.

Here at Glitterpig all items are specifically made to order. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed for despatch. 

Once dispatched our UK orders are shipped via Hermes, Royal Mail or DPD.

You have the option for Standard or Priority shipping.
Standard Shipping typically delivers within 3-5 working days from dispatch
Priority Shipping typically delivers within 1-3 working days from dispatch

Current UK delivery charges are as follows:

Standard Shipping:
Items weighing up to 100 grams = £2.36
Items weighing between 100 – 250 grams = £2.93
Items weighing between 250 – 500 grams = £3.39
Items weighing between 500 grams – 1Kg = £3.85
Items weighing between 1kg – 2kg = £5.30
Items weighing between 2kg – 5kg = £6.70

Priority Shipping:
Items weighing up to 100 grams = £2.69
Items weighing between 100 – 250 grams = £3.23
Items weighing between 250 – 500 grams = £3.79
Items weighing between 500 grams – 1Kg = £5.95
Items weighing between 1kg – 2kg = £7.40
Items weighing between 2kg – 5kg = £8.80

If multiple items are ordered shipping will be based on the cumulative weight of all items

All Glitterpig orders are beautifully wrapped with the upmost care and consideration. All items come gift wrapped in tissue.

All a4 Print orders are packaged individually in a cellophane envelope to protect from dust.  This is then wrapped in tissue and sent in a ‘do not bend’, board backed envelope.

All card orders are packaged individually in a cellophane envelope to protect from dust. This is then wrapped in tissue and sent in a ‘do not bend’, board backed envelope.

All plaques are bubble wrapped and posted in cardboard PIP boxes.

Mugs are wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap and placed in a smashproof box.

Small hanging decorations are bubble wrapped and placed in cardboard PIP (pricing in proportion ) boxes.

Returns

Please place your order carefully and when you receive your order confirmation please double check that your order is exactly what you wanted. We understand that mistakes do happen so If you do spot a mistake, please inform us within 24 hours. After this time changes to pending orders cannot be made. We cannot accept responsibility for any items ordered incorrectly.

I do hope that you love your Glitterpig purchase and that you purchase again! As Glitterpig items are printed to order and many are of a personalised nature, I am unfortunately unable to accept returns unless the items are faulty. If your item is faulty, you must notify Glitterpig via email within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unworn/unused in the condition you received it in its original packaging. Once your returned item is received, inspected and accepted as faulty, a replacement will be sent out or refund issued.

Please note that Glitterpig are unable to refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties that are payable outside of the EU.

Glitterpig strongly recommends that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection and peace of mind as I am unable to accept any responsibility for postage fees or for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
